About Fairfields Farm
Located on the Colne Valley along the Essex-Suffolk border, Fairfields Farm is a third-generation family business led by Robert and Laura Strathern. Their "seed to sack" philosophy distinguishes them in the snack industry; they don’t just flavor the crisps, they grow the potatoes. By harvesting, slicing, and hand-cooking their potatoes right on the farm, they ensure total traceability and a significantly lower carbon footprint.
